About One Place Holistics

This is a calm, intentional environment where modern life slows down and your body has space to restore.

Meet Teresa

I’m Teresa—a Montana girl at heart, shaped by wide-open spaces and a deep appreciation for simplicity and nature. While the warmth of Southern California keeps me here, my roots continue to influence how I see health, healing, and the human body.

My journey into this work wasn’t linear. I began in Western Medicine, spending years studying a system focused on diagnosis and treatment. But over time, I felt something was missing—something deeper, more connected.

That path led me to Eastern Medicine.

What started as a shift became a complete transformation. I realized healing isn’t just about addressing symptoms—it’s about understanding the body as a whole system.

Now, my approach blends the best of both worlds—modern understanding with traditional practices—creating a more balanced, supportive way to care for the body.

A Place to Exhale

Located in a quiet, beautiful setting in San Diego, this space was intentionally created to feel different the moment you arrive.

Just beyond the building, a peaceful pond offers a sense of stillness—something we don’t often experience in the pace of everyday life.

Inside, each room is designed with calming colors, clean simplicity, and a focus on comfort. Every detail is meant to help your body shift out of stress and into a state where healing can actually happen.

Why These Therapies Matter Today

In today’s world, many people are living in a constant state of stress—physically, mentally, and emotionally. The body adapts, compensates, and keeps going… until it can’t.

That’s where this work becomes essential.

Therapies like acupuncture, massage, and supportive treatments aren’t just about relaxation—they help regulate the nervous system, improve circulation, reduce inflammation, and support the body’s natural ability to heal.

This isn’t about quick fixes.

It’s about creating space for the body to return to balance.

A Balanced Approach to Care

Every session is personalized.

There’s no one-size-fits-all treatment—because no two bodies are the same.

Whether you’re coming in for pain relief, stress support, recovery, or simply to reconnect with your body, the goal is always the same:

To meet you where you are—and support where your body is ready to go next.
